MCC is developing a new generation of hot-swap MOSFETs designed to protect the latest generation of AI servers, consuming up to 100kW. The devices features enhanced SOA, robustness and low on-resistance in industry standard packages.
A limited number of engineering devices are expected at the beginning of 2027.
